I probably noticed those errors you mention when I was reading the book, but can't remember them now. It's very poor copy editing - I can forgive one or maybe two errors but too many start to affect my enjoyment of the book.Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06879328957750493647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1644834918437948620.post-87650779772508994952009-04-12T06:56:00.000+10:002009-04-12T06:56:00.000+10:00Dear Author/ or indeed publisher, Please answer me...Dear Author/ or indeed publisher,

Please answer me why ???, oh why would you let such fantastic, gripping books go to press with such continuous and blatant spelling and plot mistakes. During the first three books I let go the spelling mistakes. Then I discover the publisher did apologise on the internet site because it had already gone to press..... but really!!! To get to chapter 67- page 240- of Dead Man’s Footsteps and find Roy Grace is now having a good old Brighton fry up with ‘Ronnie Biglow’ instead of ‘Terry Biglow’ is just asking for new readers to switch off...
This is one of the best series crime thrillers I have read in a long time , and I have read many authors. I have recommended him to all my friends . The Brighton and Hove uptake of Peter James’ work is going up.But I feel these continuous mistakes in all his books is being very unfair to the author and giving him a bad deal.

jules bjules b-hovenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1644834918437948620.post-69518591374512961802009-03-25T18:36:00.000+11:002009-03-25T18:36:00.000+11:00Thsnks, Kate.
